I'm glad to have you in my class this year! I've taught at Wilmington Middle School since the fall of 1978, so I might have had your parents as students! I'm a proud Bruin from UCLA (class of 1977), and former basketball coach John Wooden is one of my heroes. I like to watch football and basketball games while I grade papers. Chocolate is my downfall - nothing fancy, just Hershey's milk chocolate! I like to read, play games on my computer,do needlepoint, and trace my family's genealogy - which includes a few Pilgrims and one of the women hanged as a witch during the Salem Witch Trials! I LOVE to travel - I've been to Alaska several times, England, Scotland, Paris . . but there are lots of places still on my list that I haven't gotten to yet. Seeing the Aurora Borealis (the Northern Lights) is on my bucket list. I've been told I have a Velcro brain - all kinds of random information sticks!
